Mosa tiles are made from high-quality materials and manufactured with the most advanced production methods. Only in this way is Mosa able to guarantee the quality of its tiles. Mosa has compiled material safety data sheets (MSDS) to ensure worker safety during production of its tiles. These sheets cover glazed wall and floor tiles and unglazed floor tiles.

The term 'porcelain' is defined by an American standard. The Porcelain Tile Certificate, issued by the Porcelain Tile Certification Agency (PTCA) serves to identify true from falsely claimed porcelain tile and protect architects, distributors, installers and end users from quality failures, installation problems and liability issues. By bearing the PTCA Mark, unglazed floor tiles from Mosa prove to be tested in accordance with ASTM C373 and in compliance with the water absorption criteria for impervious tiles of the American national standard ANSI A137.1. They may therefore legitimately claim to be of true porcelain quality.
